Every Body Has a Story.

I’m here for yours.

When you slow down and give the body the right kind of attention, it usually knows exactly how to find its way back to balance.

Over a decade of teaching yoga and using the practice to discover embodiment, I have realized how much of the time, I am disconnected with my body, that bodywork, in whatever form or modality can return that connection and awareness to you.

I’ve been in private practice since 2022, and every session I offer is designed for you. I’m not a one-size-fits-all therapist—your body and your needs guide the work we do together.

Where Care Meets Purpose

  • I don’t believe in cookie cutter care. Every person who walks in has a different story, so I take the time to understand what’s really going on before deciding how to move forward.

My work is rooted in proven techniques, but just as important is how you feel during the process. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and focused on helping you relax, reset, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, or just feel off, I work with you at a pace that feels right and aim for results that actually last. I believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something I’m proud to share.

  • We keep things simple and grounded in what matters.

    • I believe in being present and giving you our full attention, not rushing you in and out.

    • I believe in honesty and doing work we can stand behind.

    • I believe in treating people with real compassion, not just saying the word.

    • I believe progress takes time, and that’s okay.

    • I believe trust is earned through consistency, not promises.

  • Sankalpa Therapeutics started with a pretty straightforward idea. Care should feel personal, not transactional.

Too often, people leave appointments feeling like just another name on a schedule. I wanted to create something different. A place where you’re actually listened to, where there’s time to do things right, and where the focus is on helping you feel better in a real, lasting way.

The name Sankalpa speaks to intention. It’s about making a conscious decision to move toward better health and balance. That idea is behind everything I do and every person I work with.

At the end of the day, this is about helping people feel better in their bodies and more like themselves again.

At Sankalpa, the Bodywork Is More Than a Massage, It’s a Craft.

Therapeutic massage, customized to your needs, relieves pain, reduces tension, and improves mobility. This targeted treatment supports healing whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, or maintaining wellness.

Therapeutic Massage

Cupping therapy uses suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissue, helping increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery. It’s commonly used for pain relief, inflammation, and improving overall circulation.

Cupping

FaschiAshi massage is a deep tissue technique where the therapist uses their feet to apply slow, consistent pressure. It helps relieve chronic pain and release tight muscles without the discomfort of more aggressive deep tissue methods.

I had the best massage with Sarah today! She was professional, compassionate, and very in tune with what my body needed. I left feeling amazing — highly recommend Sarah!

Sarah has supported me in healing some long standing issues from injuries and I am always confident that she will get to the root of whatever is causing the issue. Beyond her skill as a therapist and knowledge of the body, she is so tuned into the energy and emotional aspects. Any highly skilled body worker gets those pieces and she does!
