Cupping
Targeted Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a personalized, hands-on treatment designed to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve how your body moves and feels. By working with muscles and soft tissues, therapeutic massage supports circulation, promotes relaxation, and helps the body’s natural healing process. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress, or maintaining overall wellness.
Deep-Release Cupping Therapy
Modern cupping therapy is an evidence-informed soft tissue technique that uses controlled suction to lift the skin and underlying fascia. Grounded in contemporary understanding of anatomy and movement, it differs from traditional fire cupping by utilizing silicone or mechanical cups that allow for precise, adjustable pressure.
Cups may be applied statically or moved dynamically across the tissue to help reduce muscular tension, enhance circulation, support lymphatic flow, and improve tissue mobility. Modern cupping is commonly incorporated into pain management, injury rehabilitation, and wellness-focused treatment plans.
Deep-Pressure Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu, meaning ‘foot pressure,’ is a special technique wherein the massage therapist uses their feet to manipulate muscles rather than hands or arms. It is sometimes referred to as back walking or barefoot massage. The deep pressure doesn’t come from my weight, but how I use overhead bars to balance and shift angles and pressure so I can more effectively target areas on tension or “knots” that we all carry with us.
Because it uses much broader strokes and distributes pressure over a larger surface area, clients who don’t necessarily enjoy “the elbow” pressure, can experience deep pressure more comfortably with ashiatsu. This modality is great for all body types.
